Can I pay by cash upon delivery?

Phaymacy2U only accepts payment through credit/debits cards and online banking at this moment. However, stay tuned as we continue to update our payment services.

Where will my goods be delivered from?

Your goods will be collected from your selected nearest pharmacies or preferable pharmacies, our delivery team and promptly delivered to your designated location.

When will I receive my items?

We aim to deliver your goods within 1 hours (on-demand)

How do I check the status of my delivery?

You can track your order if use mobile app to order by clicking on Track my order.

I need to know more about a particular item, what do I do?

Need an expert opinion on the item or further counselling? Chat with a pharmacist through our mobile app.

Do you provide refunds?

• We do not provide any return, refund, or cancellation services at the moment. Any orders placed will be processed immediately after you have made your payment.
